Yes! When you’re traveling with family and kids, having a fully functioning kitchen makes all the difference. Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need for home‑cooked meals, so you can truly relax and enjoy a comfortable staycation.

The pool is open seasonally. We have a 24ft above ground swimming pool, it’s a great way to cool off during the summer, stay hydrated, and enjoy the Barnhouse Lodge views while floating in the pool.

Stayed here with some friends for a week while our toddlers had no daycare, figured it would be more fun to work from home while on vacation! The house was so cozy and felt like love. We made full use of the large yard and gorgeous sunsets had almost all our meals outside. One level so super safe for small children. They loved the paved paths to ride their little bikes around and especially loved the frequent trains passing by. Us adults enjoyed the fire pit for late night wine and conversation. Incredibly beautiful property and only a quick drive to Harrison or Aggasiz - we loved it!

The venue is warm, welcoming, and perfectly suited for a professional yet relaxed networking event. Alex was wonderful to work with—attentive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. The space was well set up, our guests were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made the event a success. We highly recommend The Barnhouse Lodge and would gladly host future events there.

My friends and I had a wonderful staycation at Barnhouse Lodge, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The place was absolutely lovely, providing the perfect cozy and inviting atmosphere for a weekend getaway. The amenities were truly great. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and spending time by the fire pit. The lodge was also incredibly well-stocked, from the kitchen with all the tools we needed to cook our meals to plenty of extra towels and blankets, which made us feel right at home. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing retreat with friends. Highly recommend!
